Our 14-day refund offer

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing longnapster@gmail.com. Include your order reference and purchase email. Downloading the files does not, by itself, make you ineligible for our 14-day refund offer. We aim to respond within two business days.

If something is wrong

If files are missing, damaged, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us even after 14 days. We will help restore delivery or arrange an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit your legal rights or rights under Waffo’s Buyer Terms.

How refunds work

Payments and refunds will be handled by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment method and bank. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees from a full refund. If you cannot resolve a billing issue with us, contact Waffo support.

A full refund ends the paid access granted by that purchase. It does not affect separately purchased access or the rights attached to works available for free. A partial refund does not automatically revoke the entire collection.
